Applying for a job at Clean TeQ

The best way to apply for work with us is to respond to a specific job vacancy and complete the online application process.

What to expect after submitting an application

You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your application. Our recruitment team will evaluate your skills and experience against the requirements of the job vacancy and determine a candidate shortlist.

If you are selected in the shortlist, you will be contacted by the team and advised of next steps in the recruitment process. If you are unsuccessful, you will be notified by email in a timely manner.

The selection process

Clean TeQ’s standard recruitment and selection process includes the following steps:

  • Behaviour-based face-to-face, phone or video conference interviews
  • A pre-employment medical (at our expense), including a drug and alcohol screen
  • Employment reference checks
  • National Police Clearance

You may also be required to undertake other applicable screening that may be relevant to the role, including psychometric assessments.

Submitting an Expression of Interest

If you are unable to find a job vacancy that matches your skills and experience, you can submit an expression of interest through our Careers page. The purpose of this process is to allow our recruitment team to build a talent pool of interested and skilled people who are looking for future opportunities with our organisation. Should a suitable job vacancy arise and if you are selected, our team will be in touch to discuss the vacancy and the next steps in the recruitment process.
