Atlantium’s technology introduces a breakthrough approach to water disinfection. Our patented and patent-pending technology is called “ Hydro-Optic Disinfection ” ( HOD ).
Atlantium’s revolutionary UV-based disinfection HOD technology can disinfect, in real time, high flow rates of water providing extremely high disinfection results. This is particularly important in water treatment for water-born pathogens, such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia, where conventional water treatment methods simply do not work.
In tests conducted by customers and an independent certified US EPA testing facility, Atlantium’s HOD technology consistently reached an impressive 5 or more log reduction for all of the tested pathogens including the most resistant strains of Bacteria, Yeasts, Molds, very resistant spores and MS2 organism.
