FluidTeQ™ Fluidised Bed Scrubbers

The Clean TeQ FluidTeQ™ Fluidised Bed Scrubber replaces traditional two stage scrubbing methods. Designed to provide the maximum efficiency for particulate laden air the FluidTeQ™ scrubber is a non-clogging scrubber system. Gone are the times when particulate laden gas streams could only be treated using expensive venturi scrubbers or bag houses followed by a traditional packed bed scrubber.

In the FluidTeQ™ Scrubber, removal of particulates and the gas phase scrubbing of compounds in the air stream can be achieved in one simple process with a footprint similar to that of a traditional packed bed scrubber. The addition of chemical dosing further increases the performance potential.

By creating a zone in which the gas and liquid phases interact that is highly turbulent, we achieve enhances performance through intimate multiple contacts. This in turn greatly enhances interfacial area and mass transfer coefficients providing effective removal of fine particles, (down to less than 2-3 micron).
