Polyphenols from grapes – Could it be the elixir of life?

Clean TeQ’s commitment to resource recovery has led to the adoption of our much acclaimed Clean-iX® processes being utilised for the production of polyphenols from grape skins usually a waste product from wine making. While the end product is being lauded as the antioxidant of all antioxidants, Clean TeQ’s goal is to produce sufficient material from this year’s vintage, for launch into overseas markets in early 2007.
